Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Solutions Engineer to join their customer-facing Solutions Engineering team. This role is crucial for the company's growth, as it involves educating potential and existing customers on Grafana Labs' products, ensuring their satisfaction and success. The Solutions Engineer acts as a bridge between the company's technical engineering team, customers, and the sales team.
Responsibilities: - Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition and strategy.
- Own technical engagements with customers, closing complex opportunities.
- Deliver product and technical presentations.
- Communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs.
- Enhance documentation and create enablement material.
Requirements: - 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
- Experience with Open Source technologies, Monitoring, Cloud computing, Kubernetes, or software development.
- Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Technical mindset and a desire for technical growth.
- Residency in Washington D.C, Maryland, Virginia, or Pennsylvania (close to DC metro area if in PA).
