Fullstack Engineer at Showpad

The company is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their team in Bucharest. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days a week in the office. The Full Stack Engineer will be pivotal in crafting innovative solutions that transform the creation, organization, and distribution of sales content. Catering to Sales Enablement specialists and Marketing Content Owners, the engineer will harness cutting-edge technologies to continuously elevate the platform, maximizing its impact on users.

He/she will architect, build, and automate scalable cloud solutions, ensuring every line of code is functional, efficient, and seamlessly monitored. This individual will own the entire development process and drive impact at scale.

The role involves:

• Developing and enhancing features across both backend and frontend
• Delivering robust, maintainable, and testable code
• Designing and implementing cloud-native software solutions
• Participating in the entire software development lifecycle, using an agile, iterative process
• Participating in code reviews and ensure code quality through effective testing strategies
• Optimizing application performance and ensure seamless integration with backend systems
• Establishing expertise of owned components, features or systems
• Completing projects at a large scope while maintaining a consistent high level of productivity

Requirements:

• Team player
• Experience with Angular or similar web application frameworks
• Experience with a backend programming language like Typescript, Kotlin, Go, Python
• Ability to comprehend complex (cloud) architectures and define improvements
• Experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS
• Experience with the agile way of working
