Showpad is seeking a Sales Director, Customer Growth to manage customer relationships and drive retention and growth. This role requires someone to maximize customer outcomes and maintain customer satisfaction.

The Sales Director will report to the VP, Customer Growth and play a key role in achieving sales goals. This role is expected to contribute to office culture and requires being in the office 2-3 times a week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Mentor and develop Account Managers
  • Participate in the sales cycle and provide strategic support
  • Plan and deliver sales strategies to meet sales projections
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market Teams to execute sales strategy
  • Accurately submit weekly/monthly forecasts
  • Uplift collaboration with US counterparts and EMEA initiatives
  • Commit to continuous learning and innovation
