Nightfall AI is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders across all aspects of the company's business needs. The role is cross-functional and spans revenue operations, HR, and strategic projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a blend of strategic thinking and operational execution.

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic sales operations.
• Execute ad hoc projects as directed by the founders.
• Drive operational excellence and culture.
• Streamline processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Innovate new tools, processes, campaigns, and growth strategies.
• Ensure information moves fluidly across the organization.
• Refine and communicate founder priorities.
• Help structure deals and diligence potential partnership and investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in revenue operations, management consulting, private equity, or venture capital or has served in a Chief of Staff or General Manager capacity previously.
• Technical background or comfort with technical content.
• Thrives on multitasking & comfort with ambiguity.
• Fluency with modern tools for productivity and collaboration.
• Intellectually curious about data security and AI.
• Willing to make recommendations and decisions with incomplete information.
• Excels at receiving an open-ended project or challenge, putting structure to it, and getting it done effectively with limited guidance.
• Open-minded, adaptable, and has a passion for finding ways to accomplish the goal.
• Not intimidated by contracts or negotiations.
• Effective, precise, and concise communicator.
• High attention to detail, precision, and data-driven mindset.
