Nightfall AI is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to play a pivotal role in customer relationships. The ideal candidate will drive product adoption, advise on integrations, and ensure customers derive value from the Nightfall platform.

This role involves:

  • Managing customer success to ensure realization of the full value of the Nightfall platform.
  • Developing and delivering a roadmap to success, advising customers to reach business goals.
  • Driving product adoption and ongoing use of Nightfall, maintaining customer happiness.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to drive expansion revenue and manage renewals.
  • Engaging with business leaders to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Communicating enhancement opportunities & product feedback across departments.
  • Becoming an expert on the Nightfall platform and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of consulting, account management, customer success, or sales experience in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise clients.
  • Prioritization of customer experience.
  • Drive to understand business goals and identify solutions.
  • Team player mentality with a high level of integrity.
  • Capacity to develop relationships and optimize customer accounts.
  • Strong business acumen and interest in machine learning & information security.
  • Aptitude for effectively communicating technical concepts.
  • Resourcefulness in finding answers.
