Capco, a Wipro company, seeks a Business Analyst in Bangkok to drive digital transformation in the financial services industry. The Business Analyst will collaborate with customers and the Development team, analyzing and prioritizing requirements for new customer experience initiatives. The role involves managing customer expectations and translating their vision into implementable projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Gathering, defining, and prioritizing project requirements.
  • Writing functional requirements using use cases or user stories.
  • Performing business process gap analysis and managing requirement changes.
  • Acting as "product owner" to guide the team towards project and customer success.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to configure and optimize the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • University degree (business or IT related preferred).
  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role and in a client-facing position.
  • Experience working in a Scrum environment.
  • Experience in requirements management and/or process modeling.
  • Knowledge of multiple development methodologies (RUP, Kanban, SCRUM, Waterfall).
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, perform under pressure, and work in a multicultural environment.
