Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to support its growth plans in Malaysia. The Business Analyst will work with major banking and insurance clients, contributing to significant transformation projects. This role involves working under aggressive growth plans in Malaysia.
The Business Analyst's responsibilities involve:
- Preparing, facilitating, and documenting client meetings and workshops.
- Conducting structured research and analysis.
- Developing procedures, controls, user requirements, and functional specifications.
- Creating business requirement documents (BRD’s) into use cases/functional specifications for customization
- Analyzing and improving business processes and applications.
- Participating in new business development and providing clarifications to the development team.
The requirements are:
- Experience working for a Financial Institution or Bank.
- Experience in Metadata, Data Quality / Data Governance.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- SQL/Python or other relevant coding experience.
- Strong Business Analyst skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
