The role involves:

• Defining and writing high-level epics, features, and stories.
• Working with stakeholders to ensure backlog items incorporate people, process, and technology capabilities.
• Applying work to the user journey and target design.
• Recommending areas for change and supporting business improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services or Consultancy.
• Practical experience in discovery and delivery projects.
• Understanding of business process redesign and improvement techniques.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
