Capco is seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in insurance, particularly brokerage insurance, to join their consulting team in Milan. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.He/She will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.Role involves:
- Analyzing and documenting business requirements for insurance projects.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
- Conducting data analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Working closely with IT and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
- Providing ongoing support and training to users on new systems and processes.
- Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a preference for brokerage insurance experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
