Business Analyst - Insurance at Capco

Capco Poland is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team, focusing on the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, preferably property insurance, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within insurance operations and brokering.

Role Involves:

• Analyzing and evaluating existing business processes within insurance operations.
• Identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
• Collaborating with underwriters, brokers, and claims adjusters to gather and document business requirements.
• Facilitating workshops and meetings to ensure alignment of business needs.
• Developing and implementing performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of business processes.
• Preparing detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and recommendations.
