Business Analyst - IPV at Capco

Capco Poland is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Independent Price Verification (IPV) to support valuation and pricing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial products, valuation methodologies, and regulatory requirements, combined with analytical and stakeholder management skills. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance price verification processes, refine valuation models, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

The role involves:

• Analyzing and enhancing price verification processes.
• Assessing and refining models for fair value determination.
• Documenting business requirements for IPV-related enhancements.
• Analyzing large datasets to support IPV processes.
• Acting as a bridge between IPV, Risk, Product Control, and IT teams.
• Ensuring all IPV processes adhere to relevant regulatory requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline IPV workflows.
• Developing detailed documentation and test cases.
• Assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation phases.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Independent Price Verification Processes.
• Strong understanding of financial products and valuation techniques.
• Familiarity with pricing tools, market data sources, and valuation systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
