Capco is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in CRM, specifically Microsoft Dynamics, to join their consulting team in Italy. The consultant will guide clients in transforming their customer relationship management strategies. The role involves analyzing business needs, designing optimized CRM solutions, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics to drive client success.

As a consultant, the candidate will work directly with clients, providing tailored solutions that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business value.

The role involves:

• Clients need assessment to understand their requirements
• Develop CRM strategies and design Microsoft Dynamics solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics
• Identify opportunities to enhance client workflows and customer engagement
• Maintain close communication with client stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a CRM Consultant, Business Analyst, or in a similar client-facing role within CRM, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.
• Experience with configuration, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, including Power Platform tools.
• Understanding of CRM best practices, industry KPIs, and reporting methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with project management tools.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
