Business Analyst - Product Control at Capco

Capco Poland is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Product Control Transformation workstream. The role involves analyzing business needs, supporting the delivery of technology solutions, and ensuring alignment with the Business Transformation Framework (BTF). The Business Analyst will contribute to enhancing P&L control, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance processes within the Product Control function.

Role involves:

• Analyzing business requirements for technology solutions supporting P&L control.
• Producing detailed project analysis, including data mapping and process improvement.
• Collaborating with the Product Control team to assess transformation impacts.
• Documenting and communicating changes and business benefits.
• Leading system testing phases and ensuring Finance requirements are met.
• Working with Finance, IT, and Product Control teams to design solutions and manage project delivery.
• Providing data analysis to ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Product Control within Global Banking and Markets.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements.
• Proven track record in managing the full project lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
