Capco is seeking a Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst to join their expanding team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience in payments, specifically ISO20022, customer journey, customer onboarding, and servicing. This role involves working on projects with major banking and insurance clients, offering opportunities for career growth and impact.

Role Involves:

  • Preparing, facilitating, and documenting client meetings/workshops.
  • Conducting research and analysis.
  • Developing procedures, controls, and functional specifications.
  • Creating business requirement documents (BRD’s).
  • Developing business process models/designs.
  • Optimizing system effectiveness.
  • Analyzing and resolving software defects.
  • Participating in new business opportunities.
  • Guiding Junior Business Analysts.

Requirements:

  • Experience in payments, specifically ISO20022, customer journey, customer onboarding, and servicing.
  • Solid Business Analyst skills.
  • Experience writing project proposals.
  • Experience planning and documenting technology requirements.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Language requirement: Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
