Capco is seeking a Business Process Consultant to join its banking team in Belgium. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge and expertise to help clients meet their challenges, working as a project manager to scope and analyse areas. This role involves interfacing with business users to define requirements, acting as a bridge between business and technology teams, and defining testing objectives.Responsibilities include:
- Leveraging your existing knowledge and expertise to help client meet their challenges
- Work with or act as project manager to scope and analyse the area of analysis
- Setting project direction and providing project oversight
- Interface with business users on functional issues to analyse and define business and functional requirements
- Act as a bridge between the business and technology teams
- Define testing objectives and liaise with testing teams
- Scoping, estimation, project budgets and financials
- 1-5 years Business Process experience
- Ability to summarize complex processes
- Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills
- Strong skills in Process Mapping & Knowledge of BPM
- High level of competence with MS Office and Visio/ARIS
- Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch
- Effective communication skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology
- Agile methodology experience
- Financial Industry experience
- Experience in Change Management
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence is an asset
