Business / Senior Consultant / Manager - Business Consulting at Capco

Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Business Consultant to play a key role in the delivery of projects and work on client sites to deliver large-scale change initiatives for leading financial services clients. The consultant will be responsible for analysis, design, and consulting support, as well as developing an understanding of the client’s strategic direction and issues. The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player who can collaborate effectively with both colleagues and clients.

The specific responsibilities include:

• Developing and evaluating procedures, controls, user requirements, and functional specifications.
• Identifying gaps between the current and future state and proposing enhancements to optimize system effectiveness.
• Acting as a liaison between business and technical users to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
• Delivering and managing projects, individual workstreams, and communicating project statuses to senior management.
• Working on client sites to deliver change initiatives for leading clients across various financial services sectors.

The requirements for the role are:

• A background within one of Capco's core capability areas: Digital Transformation, Data Strategy, Data Management & Data Analytics, Business & Finance Transformation, or IT Transformation.
• Experience working as a management consultant with a top management consulting firm or in other generalist problem-solving environments across the Financial Services and/or Insurance sectors.
• Strong emerging end-to-end generalist problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality verbal and written consulting deliverables.
• Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and enable cross-business and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile ways of working would be an advantage.
