The ideal candidate will utilize innovative and data-driven approaches to design and execute tailored CLM strategies that optimize customer value and engagement.Capco is a global technology and business consultancy focused on the financial services sector.   • Designing and executing tailored CLM strategies
  • Strengthening and expanding client network through content delivery and relationship management
  • Conducting Business analysis to define Business requirements
  • Supporting business lines by following up on requirements and conducting testing
  • Reporting progress and issues to key stakeholders
  • Providing support to teams to fix/mitigate issues quickly
  • Updating senior management on CLM strategies
The candidate should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Knowledge of bank business lines
  • Expertise in digital onboarding processes
  • Proficiency in optimizing digital channels
  • Experience in implementing digital advisory services and omnichannel strategies
  • Strong skills in digital marketing and CRM
  • Experience with CLM tools like Salesforce, BSI, HubSpot, etc.
  • "Can-do" attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English and French with presentation skills
