Capco is seeking a Consultant to join their Securities Services team in Hong Kong. The Consultant will be responsible for driving and nurturing their skills and knowledge in the capital markets space. Capco provides consultants with the opportunity to gain a wide range of project and client exposure, and internal training programs will equip them with the skills needed to be successful in consulting.

The Consultant will work closely with senior clients to deliver large-scale change initiatives for leading investment banks and play an integral role in defining and overcoming complex problems and providing innovative solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with senior clients to deliver large-scale change initiatives
  • Define and overcome complex problems
  • Provide innovative solutions to clients
  • Analyse operational and financial data
  • Communicate project statuses to senior management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a management consultant
  • Working knowledge of the trade lifecycle, middle office to back office operations is beneficial.
  • Experience with a top management consulting firm or in other generalist problem solving
  • Strong understanding of Prince 2/Agile/Waterfall is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English is essential; Cantonese and Mandarin are an advantage
  • Strong experience in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
