Consultant/ Senior Consultant | Insurance at Capco

Capco is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to contribute to insurance projects. The consultant will collaborate with senior clients on change initiatives for global insurance firms. The role requires a motivated individual who can work effectively in a team setting.

Role involves:

• Working on client site to deliver change initiatives
• Performance requirement gathering, functional requirements, user stories, and business process requirements
• Prioritizing issues and analysis
• Structuring and building quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses
• Analyzing operational and financial data
• Communicating project statuses to senior management

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a management consultant/Business Analyst
• Experience working in insurance related projects
• Diverse problem-solving experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of agile ways of working (advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills in English is essential, Cantonese is required and Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
