Job Description

Interactive Brokers is seeking a Java Developer to join their team in Mumbai, India. The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing trading and back-office applications. The role involves working closely with engineering teams in European and US offices to develop technology solutions for client-facing and back-end applications.Responsibilities:

• Research, conceive and develop technology solutions.
• Write client / server-side code for web-based applications.
• Create robust high-volume production applications.
• Collaborate on scalability issues.
• Solve problems.

Requirements:

• MCA/BE/Btech/Mtech/ME degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in software development.
• Experience programming in Java and Oracle/Mysql.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Sound Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and other data storage solutions.
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
• Fluency in English language.
