Payroll Clerk at Seso Inc.,

Seso is looking for a Payroll Clerk to join their expanding team. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate payments for thousands of workers each week. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll, from time card intake to generating payroll statements and uploading them into the payroll system. The position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. This position is hybrid and will work out of the Monterrey, Mexico office, reporting to the Payroll Operations Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Processing weekly or bi-weekly payroll information by collating, calculating, and entering data into a standardized spreadsheet
• Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits
• Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages
• Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries
• Maintaining and improving all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
• Supporting the payroll product and GTM teams with additional projects

Requirements:

• Impeccable attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• High degree of technical literacy, specifically deep knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
• Ability to interact with customers in a professional and helpful manner
