Capco is seeking a Junior Technical Consultant to join their team of developers, testers, business analysts, and project managers for capital markets. The consultant will be responsible for managing and improving Java-based software, analyzing technical architecture to design and develop interfaces, extensions, and add-on modules, and ensuring smooth data flow.

Role Involves:

• Managing and improving Java-based software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field.
• Ideally, 2 years of experience in Java development.
• Good knowledge of SQL, XML, or XSLT.
• Interest in capital markets and initial practical experience in financial services projects.
• Team player with excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel to Western Europe.
