This role involves collaborating with partners to drive business development and assist clients in defining and implementing innovative IT strategies. The Managing Principal will play a pivotal role in enhancing IT governance, optimizing operations, and managing intricate IT transformation projects for major players in the banking and financial sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing IT roadmaps aligned with business priorities
  • Defining target architectures and supporting IT transformation
  • Evaluating and improving IT governance models
  • Optimizing IT costs and facilitating business/IT alignment
  • Supporting cloud transition and digital transformation
  • Evaluating IT risks and defining cybersecurity policies
  • Conducting IT audits and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Proposing AI use cases for enhancing IT service performance
  • Supporting the transition to Agile methods
  • Ensuring the monitoring and management of strategic IT projects
  • Supporting IT integration during mergers and acquisitions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT consulting (CIO Advisory) within financial services and/or energy
  • Proven experience in managing complex IT programs and projects
  • Expertise in IT strategy, master plan, and digital transformation
  • Mastery of IT transformation methodologies (agile, ITIL, DevOps)
  • In-depth knowledge of modern IT architectures including Cloud, microservices etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and client relationship management abilities
  • Graduation from a top engineering school
  • Fluent in French and English
