Capco is seeking a Managing Principal - Investment Banking Lead to drive change and deliver innovative solutions to clients. The candidate will embody an entrepreneurial mindset, build networks, and win new business. They will also mentor and nurture talent within their team.Role involves:
- Delivering projects on client site
- Working on client site to deliver change initiatives
- Managing projects and individual workstreams
- Communicating project statuses to senior management
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a management consultant
- SME knowledge in Capital Markets, Asset Management or Securities
- Deep understanding of the Hong Kong Investment Banking market
- Proven track record of originating projects and building revenue streams
- Diverse problem-solving experience
- Strong understanding of Prince 2/Agile/Waterfall is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English is essential. Cantonese and Mandarin are an advantage
