Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Managing Principal (Tech) to drive digital transformation in the financial services industry. The role involves working with over 100 global organizations, combining innovative thinking with industry knowledge to deliver data-driven solutions. This person will focus on new digital ventures, cloud-native initiatives, and DevOps-enabled agile delivery.

The Managing Principal will engage with CIOs to improve delivery teams, review delivery programs, lead client engagements, and build the industry’s best delivery capability. Collaboration with architects, engineers, digital designers, and business consultants will be essential to drive sales and represent Capco to clients.

What this role involves:

  • Engaging with CIOs to improve/transform how their delivery teams work.
  • Reviewing and improving in-flight delivery programs.
  • Leading complex client delivery engagements.
  • Providing internal leadership on hiring, training, and communications
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, digital designers, and business consultants

Requirements:

  • Convincing examples of using Continuous Delivery tools and techniques.
  • A good understanding of modern, cloud-based technology architecture.
  • Experience of working in Financial Services, or great relevant experience from elsewhere.
  • The ability to articulate and communicate vision and opinions.
  • A track record in building successful teams.
