PMO - Financial Services at Capco

The PMO will work as part of the consulting team, understanding clients’ business needs and helping them overcome challenges. He/She will conduct structured data gathering, research, and analysis, and evaluate processes to provide relevant recommendations. The role involves preparing, facilitating, and documenting client meetings and workshops, as well as creating high-quality presentations and reports.

Role Involves:

• Understanding clients’ business needs.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in economics or similar fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles in the Financial Services industry.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (agile/scrum, waterfall).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Great stakeholder management skills.
