The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.Role responsibilities include:
- Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Leading project teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with banking projects.
- Implementing risk management strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with IT teams to integrate technological solutions into banking projects.
- Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Ensuring projects meet quality standards.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation.
Required skills include:
- Minimum of 5 years in project management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in project management software.
