Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant CLM to join their team in Geneva, Switzerland. The consultant will manage challenging consulting projects in areas such as Retail & Digital Banking, Wealth & Asset Management, Client Lifecycle Management, Payments, Risk & Compliance, Data, Digital Assets, and Cloud. The consultant will be involved in projects from idea to code, working with onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams.

Role involves:

  • Managing consulting projects in Retail & Digital Banking/Wealth & Asset Management/Client Lifecycle Management/Payments/Risk & Compliance/Data/Digital Assets/Cloud.
  • Involvement in projects from idea to code.
  • Quality assurance in project planning, implementation and reporting.
  • Active involvement in internal topics and implementation of own ideas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a consulting environment.
  • Experience in financial services, technology, or related industries.
  • Project management, business analysis experience.
  • Experience in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) topics is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a strong plus.
  • Fluent English and French language coupled with presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
