Interactive Brokers, a global financial services company headquartered in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a QA Developer to join their team in Tallinn, Estonia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of software products through test analysis, design, and implementation. This person will collaborate closely with stakeholders, and manage concurrent projects.Interactive Brokers has been at the forefront of financial innovation for over four decades. Responsibilities: - Perform Test Analysis, Design and Implementation of test cases
- Maintain, update & extend existing automation framework
- Analyze, investigate and report defects on failures
- Monitoring of test automation results
- Close collaboration with other stakeholders
- Handle concurrent projects with differing levels of urgency
Qualifications: - Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with Java and Python
- Strong understanding of OOP fundamentals and design pattern applications
- Experience with writing either unit tests or UI tests
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, physical science or engineering
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with test automation of Desktop, Mobile (iOS & Android), and Web applications (preferred)
- Experience with automation tools like TestComplete, Ranorex, Squish, Katalon etc.(preferred)
- Experience with test automation libraries like Selenium, Robot, Cypher (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Git (GitLab, Bitbucket etc.) (preferred)
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence (preferred)
- Basic experience in JavaScript, Groovy (preferred)
- Experience with Squish (preferred)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins (preferred)
- Experience with build tools like Ant, Maven etc. (preferred)
- Basic user knowledge of Unix (preferred)
