Project Manager - Monterrey, MX at Seso Inc.,

Seso is seeking a Project Manager to ensure a great customer and worker experience. The Project Manager will play a key role in achieving and improving Worker-On-Time arrival, as well as managing customer relationships and expectations. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients/assignments and ensuring the delivery of customer outcomes. The position is hybrid, mostly based in Monterrey, Mexico.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicating priorities and processes clearly to both experienced and new customers.
• Owning overall customer relationships, including satisfaction, retention, and upselling.
• Coordinating activities for the safe migration of farmworkers from Mexico, Central America, and other countries to the U.S.
• Managing kickoffs, communication, and follow-up, setting expectations, and maintaining high customer engagement.
• Continuously improving Seso’s operative plan based on feedback and new tech tools.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and building systems for automation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of success in project management and technical aptitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask.
• 1+ years of experience in a project management role.
• Ability to navigate complex situations professionally.
• Superior communication skills (presentation, written, & verbal) in order to communicate effectively across levels and organizations.
• Demonstrable interest in improving the lives of farmworkers.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Fluency in Spanish (preferable).
