Data Analyst with German language at Capco

Capco is seeking a Data Analyst to join its expanding team in Brno, Czech Republic. The successful candidate will be involved in transformation projects for premier banking clients, contributing to the modernization of processes and the optimization of data management solutions.

The role involves:

• Working with data (analysis, large datasets, quality management).
• Business Analysis (as-is process and data analysis, writing requirements, data mapping).
• Business Process Optimization (simplifying/automating processes).
• Agile project work.

Requirements:

• A successfully completed university degree.
• Fluent English and German.
• Strong interest and working experience in the areas specified above.
• Initial knowledge about the financial service industry, banking products, and accounting.
• Team player with analytical and conceptual skills.
