Capco is seeking a Data Analyst to join their expanding team in Bratislava, Slovakia, to work with leading international banks. The Data Analyst will be involved in exciting transformation projects focused on data, working within an agile team to modernize processes and optimize state-of-the-art solutions. The role involves business analysis to implementation, with opportunities for increasing responsibility and leadership in sub-projects.

Role Involves:
- Working with data (data analysis, working with large datasets, data quality management)
- Business Analysis (as-is process and data analysis, writing requirements, data mapping)
- Business Process Optimization (simplifying / automating processes, elimination of manual processes)
- Agile project work
Requirements:
- A successfully completed university degree
- Fluent English and German
- Strong interest and working experience in data analysis, business analysis, or business process optimization
- Knowledge of agile working methods and corresponding tools
- Some knowledge about the financial service industry and banking products
- Team player with good analytical and conceptual skills
