Data Analyst with German language at Capco

Capco is seeking a Data Analyst to join their expanding team in Kosice, Slovakia. The Data Analyst will work with some of the largest banks in the world, focusing on transformation challenges around data. They will modernize related processes and set-up, develop and optimize state-of-the-art solutions, and manage corresponding data from business analysis to implementation. The role offers opportunities to gradually take on more responsibility, lead sub-projects, and guide smaller project teams.

Role involves:

• Working with data, including analysis, large datasets, and data quality management.
• Conducting business analysis, such as as-is process and data analysis, writing requirements, and data mapping.
• Optimizing business processes by simplifying and automating them, and eliminating manual processes.
• Working in agile projects.

Requirements:

• A successfully completed university degree.
• Fluent English and German.
• Strong interest and experience in data analysis, business analysis, and business process optimization.
• Knowledge of agile working methods.
• Initial knowledge about the financial service industry and banking products.
• Team player with good analytical and conceptual skills.
