The Data Analyst will modernize related processes, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art solutions and the corresponding data management from business analysis to implementation. Gradually, the candidate will take on more responsibility for their topics, as well as lead sub-projects and smaller project teams.

Role Involves:
- Working with data (data analysis, working with large datasets, data quality management).
- Business Analysis (as-is process and data analysis, writing requirements, data mapping).
- Business Process Optimization (simplifying/automating processes, elimination of manual processes).
Requirements:
- A successfully completed university degree.
- Fluent English and German.
- Experience in data analysis, business analysis, or business process optimization.
- Agile project work experience.
- Some initial knowledge about the financial service industry or banking products.
- Team player with good analytical and conceptual skills.
