Enterprise Architect at Capco

Capco is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Capco is committed to an inclusive working environment. The ideal candidate will use their industry experience to advise on innovative solutions to business problems based on modern technology, guide and set strategy to complement existing, complex architectures, and design and govern new greenfield enterprise architecture.

Role Involves:

• Providing advisory services on cloud strategy, process, and delivery.
• Delivering complex, cross-domain, multi-year Enterprise Architecture roadmaps.
• Understanding solution design including modern architectural patterns and processes.
• Managing and influencing senior stakeholders, up to C-suite.
• Presenting complex technical problems to various audiences.
• Providing mentorship.

Requirements:

• Experience providing advisory services on cloud including aspects such as strategy, process and delivery.
• Experience of delivering complex, cross-domain, multi-year Enterprise Architecture roadmaps and supporting artefacts for senior levels within organisations
• A deep understanding of solution design including modern architectural patterns and processes, how to pragmatically apply them to an existing enterprise
• Senior Stakeholder management and influencing, up to and including C-suite
• Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal; able to describe complex technical problems to a variety of audiences
• Deep Financial Services industry/domain experience and expertise within at least one of Capital Markets, Retail Banking & Payments, Insurance or Wealth & Asset Management.
• Commercially minded with experience of business development & other capability development activities when joining at senior consulting grade
