Capco Poland is seeking a Senior Big Data Engineer to join their team. This role involves working on projects with some of the largest banks in the world, transforming the financial services industry. The engineer will be part of a digital engineering team, developing new and enhancing existing financial and data solutions.
Role involves:
- Developing end-to-end ETL processes with Spark/Scala.
- Using Scrum methodology as part of a high-performance team.
- Documenting solutions in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ALM.
- Certifying deliveries and integrations with other components.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in programming.
- At least 3 years of experience programming backend applications with Big Data technologies, preferably in Spark with Scala.
- Agile approach for software development.
- Experience with Continuous Integration (Git, GitHub, Jenkins).
- Experience in SQL.
- English (at least B2+).
