SENIOR ML OPS ENGINEER - BANKING - POLAND/REMOTE at Capco

Capco Poland is seeking a Senior ML Ops Engineer to join their team, focusing on driving digital transformation across the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data science and IT operations, ensuring the seamless integration of machine learning modules into operational workflows.

This role involves streamlining and automating the data science products lifecycle, from development to deployment and monitoring. The Senior ML Ops Engineer will design, develop, and maintain tools that enable reproducible experimentation, model versioning, and automated deployment. They will also test, refactor, optimize, and package code developed by data scientists, as well as improve, deploy, monitor, and maintain developed models.

• Streamlines and automates data science products lifecycle from development to deployment and monitoring.
• Designs, develops and maintains tools enabling reproducible experimentation, models versioning, automated deployment, serving etc.
• Tests, refactors, optimizes, and packages the code developed by data scientists.
• Improves, deploys, monitors and maintains developed models.
• Builds new integrations with FM systems.
• Provides support and guidance to other team members on MLOps best practices.

• 6+ years of experience developing and deploying classical supervised models.
• Proficient with main Python analytics and ML libraries (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, keras / tensorflow / pytorch).
• Experience with MLOps platforms like MLFlow / Databricks.
• Experience with Linux (especially RedHat distribution) and version control (git).
• Experience with containerization technologies (docker/podman).
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (especially Azure DevOps Services).
• Eager to learn.
