Capco Paris is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to support the development of its Data & Analytics offering. The role involves working on various missions for clients specializing in financial services.

Role involves:

  • Conducting diagnostics of client situations and available data.
  • Taking charge of Data Science projects, including data collection and preparation.
  • Accompanying the industrialization of models and processes in collaboration with the Data Management Office and IT.
  • Participating in the development of innovative POCs around artificial intelligence.
  • Educating teams and fostering a data-driven culture.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of project management principles and technical expertise in Data Analytics.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Data Science tools (Dataiku) and programming languages (Python, R, SAS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data mining techniques and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
  • Knowledge of the Collibra tool is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Mastery of regulatory reporting (type corep, finrep, pillar 3).
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data-related projects, preferably in the financial sector.
