Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant to contribute to transformation projects within finance teams. The role involves working with control management, accounting, and ALM teams.
As a Senior Consultant, they will be involved in:
- Study framing
- Driving and implementing transformation programs
- Improving processes and operational efficiency
- Implementing new regulatory requirements
Capco expects from candidate:
- Expertise in the banking environment and transformation of finance functions
- Knowledge of regulations such as IRRBB, NDOD, BIRD, and liquidity management
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and creativity
- Proficiency in French and English
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or project management within a financial institution
- Bac+5 degree from a business school, engineering school, or university
