Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant to contribute to transformation projects within finance teams. The role involves working with control management, accounting, and ALM teams.

As a Senior Consultant, they will be involved in:

  • Study framing
  • Driving and implementing transformation programs
  • Improving processes and operational efficiency
  • Implementing new regulatory requirements

Capco expects from candidate:

  • Expertise in the banking environment and transformation of finance functions
  • Knowledge of regulations such as IRRBB, NDOD, BIRD, and liquidity management
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility and creativity
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or project management within a financial institution
  • Bac+5 degree from a business school, engineering school, or university
