Capco is expanding its Finance, Risk & Compliance division and seeking a Senior Consultant in Paris to assist clients with regulatory and organizational transformation related to credit risk. The role involves participating in various missions for financial sector clients, covering areas such as regulatory compliance project support, inspections and supervisory exercises, and implementation/optimization of credit risk management frameworks.

Role Involves:

  • Supporting regulatory compliance projects
  • Participating in inspections and supervisory exercises
  • Implementing and optimizing credit risk management frameworks
  • Redesigning granting processes and reviewing risk files

Requirements:

  • Expertise in banking and transformation of Finance and Risk functions
  • Knowledge of regulations (IRRBB, NDOD, ALM, IFRS9, etc.)
  • Experience with Target Operating Models
  • Experience with regulatory reporting (Corep, Finrep, and Pillar 3)
  • Experience in Liquidity and Solvency model review
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or project management within a financial institution
  • Bac+5 degree from a business school, engineering school, or university
  • Fluency in French and English
