Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its FRC (Finance, Risk & Compliance) team in Paris, focusing on Market and Counterparty Risk. The consultant will support clients in regulatory and organizational transformation projects.
Role Involves:
- Identifying and managing risks related to clients' activities.
- Defining operational policies and optimizing processes.
- Assisting clients in regulatory compliance projects.
- Supporting internal and external inspection missions.
- Participating in Risk community activities and firm events.
Requirements:
- Bac+5 degree from a business/engineering school or university.
- Solid knowledge of regulations (Basel III/IV, FBL/Volcker, EMIR).
- Experience with market operations pricing and risk modeling.
- Experience with data/digital subjects applied to the Risk function (RPA, Machine learning, Big data).
- Strong relational and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
- 3-7 years of experience in market and counterparty risk, with consulting or project management experience in a financial institution.
