Administrator of Learning Management System at Capco

Capco is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator of Learning Management System to join their team in Bratislava. This role involves managing the daily operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring its usability, and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. The Administrator will also be responsible for vendor management, content oversight, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and security guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, instructional design, or educational technology, with a proven track record of success in LMS management and administration. They should possess strong technical abilities, including proficiency in MS Excel, Teams, and Zoom, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Role involves:

• Overseeing system configuration and user management
• Coordinating the creation and updates of learning materials
• Providing user training and developing strategic plans
• Acting as the primary admin contact for surveys
• Co-ordinating employee engagement events

Requirements:

• Degree/certification/experience in IT, instructional design, or educational technology
• Familiarity with well-known LMS systems
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Teams, and Zoom
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Advanced level of English language
