Senior UX/UI Designer at Capco

Capco, a Wipro company, seeks a Senior UX/UI Designer to drive digital transformation in the financial services industry. The candidate will be responsible for collecting user insights and translating them into delightful experiences. He/She will conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity, user friendliness, and delight to complex design while aligning with product branding. The Senior UX/UI Designer will also lead the creation of design systems and component libraries and elevate design thinking within the business. He/She needs to stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies.

Role Involves:

• Collecting and translating user insights into delightful experiences.
• Creating functional and visually appealing features.
• Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness.
• Crafting high-fidelity visual designs.
• Leading the definition and creation of design systems and component libraries.
• Consistently creating and elevating brilliant design thinking.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest UI trends.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in user experience and visual/digital design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, XD, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience on digital design projects in complex system design and responsive platform/application design.
• Experience working within delivery teams in an iterative test and learn design process.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to lead large and complex projects.
• Understanding of user journey and wireframe structure.
• Ability to define and prioritize problems.
• Solid presentation skills and good organizational/written communication skills.
• Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
• Ability to communicate in both Thai & English
