Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a UX/UI Designer in Bangkok, Thailand, to drive digital transformation in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience designing and shipping features, preferably in a fintech or insurtech environment. This role involves:

  • Participating in project delivery and defining project scope
  • Co-working with product owners to create user stories and customer journeys
  • Crafting wireframes, interaction models and information architecture
  • Conducting usability tests and design evaluation
  • Conceptualizing original ideas for user-friendly designs
  • Crafting high-fidelity visual designs
  • Leading the creation of design systems and component libraries
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest UI trends

Requirements:

  • Native Thai speaker
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
  • Experience with user and product research
  • Understanding of UI design principles
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Fluency in Thai and English
