Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role focuses on supporting the daily operations, system monitoring, and maintenance of the Openlink Endur platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business and IT teams to ensure operational excellence and drive continuous system improvements.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing system health and resolving alerts.
- Providing first-line support to trading, risk, and operations teams.
- Managing market data uploads and ensuring data accuracy.
- Maintaining and updating Openlink Endur configurations.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting system integrations.
- Ensuring system compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identifying and implementing automation and process improvements.
- Ensuring disaster recovery processes are tested.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with financial platforms such as Openlink Endur, Allegro, or similar ETRM/CTRM systems is preferred.
- Understanding of trading, risk, and operations workflows in energy or commodity markets is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Technical Skills in System Monitoring & Support (eg, system monitoring, incident resolution, batch job management).
