Capco is seeking a skilled React Developer for its Kosice, Slovakia location. The company specializes in software development and consulting for international banks and insurance companies in Western Europe. This role offers the opportunity to work with experienced colleagues on diverse projects, with a focus on modern banking and insurance applications.

Role Involves:

  • Creating modern banking and insurance applications using React.
  • Developing single-page applications (SPAs).
  • Implementing Test Driven Development.
  • Creating pixel-perfect HTML and CSS templates from UI designs.
  • Developing responsive web designs for various devices.
  • Configuring environments with DevOps specialists.
  • Analyzing and resolving errors.

Requirements:

  • Previous practical experience in web application development (React).
  • Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS (Sass), and UI Design.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies (preferred).
  • Independence, logical thinking, responsibility, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team, communicate, and share ideas.
  • Experience with CI/CD (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of security standards and best practices (advantageous).
  • Experience with databases, Java, and Node.js (advantageous).
