Capco is seeking a React Developer to join their team in Bratislava. The company specializes in software development and consulting for international banks and insurance companies in Western Europe.

The React Developer will be responsible for creating modern banking and insurance applications using the latest technologies, with a focus on security and usability.

Role Involves:

• Creating modern banking and insurance applications using modern technologies.
• Developing single-page applications (SPA) with React.
• Using Test Driven Development approach.
• Creating pixel-perfect HTML and CSS templates based on UI designs.
• Developing responsive web designs for various devices.
• Configuring environments in collaboration with DevOps specialists.
• Analyzing and resolving errors.

Requirements:

• Previous practical experience in web application development (React).
• Knowledge of technologies such as JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS (Sass), UI Design.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, think logically, be responsible, and be willing to learn.
• Ability to work in a team, communicate, and share opinions.
• CI/CD experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with security standards and best practices for developing applications that work with sensitive customer data is a significant advantage.
• Experience working with databases, knowledge of Java and Node.js are advantages.
