Senior IT Auditor - ISO 27001

Job Description

A-LIGN is seeking a Senior IT Auditor specializing in ISO 27001. This role involves standard project execution and client service activities, with client engagements typically lasting two weeks. The role reports to the ISO 27001 Managing Consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering evidence on site and review.
• Providing draft reports to management within defined timelines.
• Providing weekly project status reports to management.
• Organizing client information on A-LIGN’s drive.
• Planning and executing ISO 27001 engagements.
• Communicating effectively with clients.
• Preparing lead sheets throughout the project.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, management information systems, computer science, or a relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT auditing, performing ISO 27001 internal audits, implementation, and ISMS management.
• Experience in supervision and support of information security audits ISO 27001.
• Certifications: ISO 27001 LA/LI, CCSK, CISA, QSA, CISSP, or other relevant certification.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently or collaboratively.
