Senior Front-End Developer – Financial Markets at Capco

Capco Poland is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to join their team and drive digital transformation within the financial services industry. The candidate will be based in Poland and contribute to development, automation, innovation, and long-term projects.

The Senior Front-End Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide junior team members while delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Build robust, scalable front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle.
• Optimize real-time, event-driven front-end systems.
• Guide junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with React, npm/yarn, webpack, and CSS for building single-page applications (SPA).
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and integration protocols such as REST and WebSocket.
• Experience with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab.
• Strong understanding of financial markets.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication abilities to work effectively in a global team environment.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with a commitment to delivering quality work.
