Capco Poland is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their team and contribute to building an innovative platform focused on data and analytics for automated decision-making. The role is primarily remote, with occasional visits to the Warsaw office as needed. Role Involves:

  • Proactively contributing to a high-performing team.
  • Designing and building scalable services with a focus on performance, quality, and security.
  • Developing real-time data processing and ingestion solutions.
  • Working with diverse data sources including databases, streaming data (Kafka, Solace queues), and APIs (REST/KONG).
  • Contributing to both front-end and back-end development using Java and React.
  • Ensuring platform stability, availability, and performance.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating across teams to align with business and regulatory frameworks.
  • Implementing safe coding practices to deliver secure applications.
  • Challenging and improving coding standards.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in front-end and back-end software engineering with Java and React.
  • Proficiency in working with data streaming tools like Kafka, Solace queues, and API integrations using REST/KONG.
  • Strong skills in developing scalable, real-time data processing solutions.
  • Experience with databases and data engineering workflows.
  • Experience with Front Office Banking IT.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to take ownership of problems and deliver solutions independently or within a team.
  • Familiarity with Financial Markets specifications and regulations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Innovative mindset.
